Okay, for the moment I will list them as "ext" (external); new registry entry:
<domain>clisp <ref>Project site<url>http://clisp.sourceforge.net <mailto>stefan.kain@freenet.de <disclaim> <ext>de<ext>es<ext>fr<ext>nl <remark>Alternate mailto: smk@users.sourceforge.net
<domain>clisplow <ref>Project site<url>http://clisp.sourceforge.net <mailto>stefan.kain@freenet.de <disclaim> <remark>Alternate mailto: smk@users.sourceforge.net
Dear translators,
please consider to ask for assignments and then post the translation files to the TP robot.
Otherwise I fear someone will start the translation from scratch - unnecessary work.
Yes, to be avoided. Thanks for the warning!

Oops, we already have assignments, thus it's impossible to mark them as external; updated registry record:
<domain>clisp <ref>Project site<url>http://clisp.sourceforge.net <ref>Initial translations<url>de, es, fr, nl <mailto>stefan.kain@freenet.de <disclaim> <remark>Alternate mailto: smk@users.sourceforge.net
please note that CLISP now has a Russian translation too.
Also, page http://www2.iro.umontreal.ca/~pinard/po/registry.cgi?domain=clisp does not mention any PO files (which are actually available for en, de, fr, es, nl and ru).
also, the CLISP homepage is http://clisp.cons.org.
thanks.

It is quite unfortunate that such little coordination has happened with the TP. We still have Eduard Haritonov listed as the clisp translator, see
http://www.iro.umontreal.ca/contrib/po/HTML/team-ru.html
Of course, Eduard has never actually submitted a clisp translation to the TP, so that is not a big problem. I would like to encourage Arseny to join the Russian TP.
Yes, we know. Please have a look at the relevant team pages. Notice that none of the translators has ever submitted a translation to the TP, so we do not list any PO files (we don't have any).

It appears that the page we have is an exact mirror (or vice versa, I cannot tell).
Regards, Martin
this is for him to decide. I am CCing this message to Arseny.
We (the CLISP maintainers) do have en.po de.po fr.po es.po nl.po ru.po
please grab them from the CVS at http://cvs.sourceforge.net/cgi-bin/viewcvs.cgi/clisp/clisp/src/po/
yes, and there are two other mirrors. nevertheless, http://clisp.cons.org is our official home, the rest being aliases.
