Hello Theodore
Just a few words...
If Samuel Thibault is interested to maintain the French translation of e2fsprogs, he has to fill the disclaimer in order to make his work free. All the info is on the translation website.
Otherwise the translations will not be accepted for distribution under GNU (will not be published, not distributed, not included within the package, etc.).
Thanks Theodore
Best regards Michel

Hello Theodore
I am sorry to tell you that I do no longer maintain the French translation of the package.
I strongly suggest that you get in touch with the translation coordinator. because I don't know who do maintain it now. I did check on the translation matrix and there is no name. Maybe someone is assigned and its name does not appear in the matrix at this time.
Hi,
Michel Robitaille has informed me that he is no longer maintaining the French translation file for e2fsprogs. Samuel Thibault, who has submitted a number of suggestions of fixes and improvements to the French translation to the file in the Debian Bug Tracking System, has indicated that he is interested and willing to step up to this role.
To the French translation team, could you confirm that the role is currently blank and get in tuch with Samuel to work out whatever formalities would be required to get him assigned to this role?
Samuel, there is more information about the responsibility of being a package translator at the Translation Project site here:

Michel, thanks for all of your hard work in the past in preparing the French translation file for e2fsprogs.
Regards,
- Ted
