I guess you're referring to the following translations. Let me just say that “exécution” is not only about death penalty, and is commonly used to translate “running” (e.g. “running program” -> “programme en cours d'éxécution”) or “execution”. The two lists of French translators may confirm that it's fine in this context, or help us find a better wording.
