Hello Georges, if you're interested in co-working with the Free Translation Project please consider to visit http://www.iro.umontreal.ca/contrib/po/HTML/maintainers.html and send the required info to translation(a)iro.umontreal.ca. If gperiodic is Free software we can setup the gperiodic textdomain to help you to find translators. Besoin d'aide
by Laurent Foucher 15 Jul '01

15 Jul '01

Voici les éléments correspondant : /proc/sys/net/ipv4/inet_peer_gc_maxtime FIXME: Add a little explanation about the inet peer storage? Minimum interval between garbage collection passes. This interval is in effect under low (or absent) memory pressure on the pool. Measured in jiffies. /proc/sys/net/ipv4/inet_peer_gc_mintime Minimum interval between garbage collection passes. This interval is in effect under high memory pressure on the pool. Measured in jiffies. /proc/sys/net/ipv4/inet_peer_maxttl Maximum time-to-live of entries. Unused entries will expire after this period of time if there is no memory pressure on the pool (i.e. when the number of entries in the pool is very small). Measured in jiffies. /proc/sys/net/ipv4/inet_peer_minttl Minimum time-to-live of entries. Should be enough to cover fragment time-to-live on the reassembling side. This minimum time-to-live is guaranteed if the pool size is less than inet_peer_threshold. Measured in jiffies. /proc/sys/net/ipv4/inet_peer_threshold The approximate size of the INET peer storage. Starting from this threshold entries will be thrown aggressively. This threshold also determines entries' time-to-live and time intervals between garbage collection passes. More entries, less time-to-live, less GC interval. 2) Les titres suivants : 16.6 Circumventing Path MTU Discovery issues with per route MTU settings 16.7 Circumventing Path MTU Discovery issues with MSS Clamping (for ADSL, cable, PPPoE & PPtP users) 3) le terme "payload" dans la phrase suivante : However, not all parts of the internet support full 1460 bytes of payload per packet. It is therefore necessary to try and find the largest packet that will 'fit', in order to optimize a connection. En vous remerçiant, Laurent Foucher

New PO file for `gnupg-1.0.6'
by Translation Project Robot 11 Jul '01

11 Jul '01

Hello, members of the French team at `traduc(a)traduc.org'. This is a message from the Translation Project robot. I`m happy to announce that a new file, available as: > http://www.iro.umontreal.ca/contrib/po/teams/PO/fr/gnupg-1.0.6.fr.po has been integrated in the central PO archives, and is now kept with all other accepted French translations. The file should soon be made available in mirror sites as: > ftp://ftp.unex.es/pub/gnu-i18n/po/teams/PO/fr/gnupg-1.0.6.fr.po > ftp://ftp.chg.ru/pub/doc/gnu-i18n/teams/PO/fr/gnupg-1.0.6.fr.po In this file, 765 messages have been translated already, accounting for 99% of the original text size (in raw bytes). Still, 4 messages need to be attended to. Most probably, there is a translator already assigned to the domain `gnupg' in your team. Else, the team leader (if any) should inform the translation coordinator of who will become responsible for it. Please translate the remaining messages for the benefit of users of the French language. Once the translation completed, send the result to the address given below, using: > Subject: TP-Robot gnupg-1.0.6.fr.po in your message header. You may contact either your team leader or me, if any question arises. In the meantime, this PO file has been submitted to the maintainer of programs using the textual domain `gnupg'. Thanks! The following HTML pages should also be updated by tomorrow. > http://www.iro.umontreal.ca/contrib/po/HTML/domain-gnupg.html > http://www.iro.umontreal.ca/contrib/po/HTML/team-fr.html The Translation Project robot, in the name of your kind translation coordinator. mailto:translation@iro.umontreal.ca P.S. - You may find a copy (maybe not official) of the distribution as: > ftp://ftp.gnupg.org/pub/gcrypt/gnupg/gnupg-1.0.6.tar.gz

-- Jean-Philippe Guérard - mailto:jean-philippe.guerard@laposte.net

Linux Gazette, le Retour
by Nicolas Chauvat 06 Jul '01

06 Jul '01

- LOGILAB, Paris (France)
