please note that CLISP now has a Russian translation too.
Also, page http://www2.iro.umontreal.ca/~pinard/po/registry.cgi?domain=clisp does not mention any PO files (which are actually available for en, de, fr, es, nl and ru).
also, the CLISP homepage is http://clisp.cons.org.
