It is quite unfortunate that such little coordination has happened with the TP. We still have Eduard Haritonov listed as the clisp translator, see

Of course, Eduard has never actually submitted a clisp translation to the TP, so that is not a big problem. I would like to encourage Arseny to join the Russian TP.
Also, page http://www2.iro.umontreal.ca/~pinard/po/registry.cgi?domain=clisp does not mention any PO files (which are actually available for en, de, fr, es, nl and ru).
Yes, we know. Please have a look at the relevant team pages. Notice that none of the translators has ever submitted a translation to the TP, so we do not list any PO files (we don't have any).
also, the CLISP homepage is http://clisp.cons.org.
It appears that the page we have is an exact mirror (or vice versa, I cannot tell).
